The platform allows Exhibitors and Participants to create business connections, exchange ideas, and schedule B2B meetings during the event. Users can view each other’s essential professional details such as name, company, role, country, and professional contact information and receive event-related information shared through the platform. By accessing the platform, you’ll share your personal data for managing your participation and networking activities in accordance with the Full Privacy Policy.
Consent-based processing
Some activities, including promotional communications, marketing, profiling, and sharing personal data with third parties for commercial purposes, require your explicit consent. You can provide or refuse consent via the pop-up before accessing the platform. You can also withdraw your consent at any time in the pop-up, in your account settings, or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in all communications. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
Communication of personal data to Exhibitors for post-Event follow-up (legitimate interest)

Communication of personal data (name, surname, company, business role, country of origin, professional e-mail address and phone number) to Exhibitors in order to allow post-Event follow-up, consistent with the purposes of the Event.
The data will be communicated to the Exhibitors, who will process them as independent data controllers for post-Event contact purposes.
The data subject may object at any time to such communication or processing (opt-out) by submitting an appropriate request.
